Restaurant La Raclette
One of the best restaurants in town! Excellent service, with a beautiful ambience, and magnificent food. A must try for visitors, or locals who have never been. You bring your own wine, and they have a lovely terasse in a very nice neighborhood.

Restaurant La Raclette
We always call it our favorite Swiss restaurant in Montreal because we usually order either the Classic Cheese Fondue or the Raclette. Due to Covid and life as we know it, we finally came back after 5 years.. The decor and atmosphere have changed a bit but the food remains outstanding. Our waiter still remembers us and gave us a warm welcome. Needless to say that all the staff there were courteous and professional, which made the whole dining experience perfect.It’s not as easy as getting there from New York, but we are already discussing how we could visit this restaurant again in the future. Hopefully it wouldn’t take another five years.

Went and tried their cheese fondue and wow was it great. Never tried a cheese fondue myself before so this is my first one, I quite enjoyed the experience. The appetizers were amazing, portions of the appetizers was quite adequate too. The service we had was also excellent, we’re not from Montreal and was having a hard time finding parking outside the restaurant, our soon to be server helped us find a spot, not sure what else we can ask for.

Have been looking on this place for over a year, lol :) Finally we went there for our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely charming! Super sweet people, awesome fondue, amazing desserts. Can definitely recommend, and we certainly will be back!

Très Magnifique!!!! Wonderful experience! The food was delicious and fun to eat. The staff is so kind, extremely well mannered and will make you and the family feel so happy to be there. We can’t wait to visit again. Bring your own wine and they will help you open, bring glasses and ice. It is a romantic place that the entire family can enjoy. We brought our 2 year old and he had so much fun too. He loves cheese so La Raclette was a perfect place for us. Merci!!!

Food is delicious and worth the price in my opinion. The service was gorgeous as well.I just don’t understand why I was put in a table that was somewhat in the corner closed to dishwasher? but the staff changed my table when I asked so I guess that’s fine.Overall good experience. You get what you pay for. The ambiance is really amazing as well. Recommend it!

A hidden restaurant since it's located in a residential area. It's a cute restaurant with a good ambiance. You could get a reservation but we went a Saturday night at 19:00 and there were still empty places when we left around 21:00.You can bring your own wine.For the menu you have to get a two or three services. We got the one with two services which includes a gaspacho or the soup of the day and a main of your choosing.The gaspacho, a cold soup, tasted like tomatoes and capsicum. It's good but not for everyone. The soup of the day was ginger, carrot and green beans. I enjoyed this one more.Then I got the cheese fondue which I shared with my mom (it's for 2 persons). The fondue came with a dish containing 4 kinds of charcuterie, potatoes, a few veggies and a salad. It was my first time trying it. I was surprised by the taste of the cheese. It was pungent and yet addictive. This is for cheese lovers! But it's very heavy and filling especially with the unlimited bread that comes with it. I also wished there were pickles on the plate and not just a salad. It would have helped a lot.We also got the Osso busco and boar chop. I wasn't expecting to taste the Chinese five spice in the sauce of the boar dish and the meat had an interesting texture. The osso busco wasn't completely traditional either and it came with gniocci that were a bit too firm. They were generous portions but not the most traditional and delicious.Overall, it was a new and interesting experience. The service and ambiance were great!

Restaurant La Raclette
This place was amazing! I was visiting for vacation in Montreal and found this place pretty well recommended online, so I decided to try it out. The portions were generous. The staff (especially Mario) were really helpful and accommodating (especially to English only speaking Americans). We got the classic fondue and it was awesome. The give you a run-down of what to expect and what everything includes. It's BYOB so it won't break the bank. Perfect date night on a chilly night!

I went back, and again so enjoyed it. Food is awesome, as was the service, enjoyed the terrace experience. It a BYOW so that too is great.Had dinner on Valentines day. Food was great, service was impeccable. Resto is very pretty and cozy. Will go back!
