Very expensive for what you actually receive. Tasty cheese fondue and good quality food but poor service... They will add tip on your bill without telling you and then complain among waiters when you claim back the double-tip you gave them by mistake. We were a large group and none of us ate at the same time, they forgot 2 plates and brought them 1h later. When one guest asked if they had a gluten-free menu, the waiter replied to go somewhere else!! Will NOT return.

Great place for traditional Swiss food. We went there through a Groupon coupon, which seems to be the cheapest and most popular option as well. Food is tasty and like you would find in Switzerland for the most part. Vegetarians have fewer options for a main course, but the staff will arrange things. The ambience can be dark but it's nicely styled like a Swiss mountain chalet. All in all, a great one-time experience for Swiss expatriates and non-Swiss alike.

We were a group of 8. We enjoyed our food. Service was fantastic and the live piano music set the mood.The place needs a reno upgrade. But food was fantastic.Cheese Fondue Zurich-style veal with mushroom sauce was my favorite.

Very unique place once you enter through the door. It takes you on a world tour to Switzerland.Architect on the inside is amazing and has a chalet feel to it on top of the alps.People are very friendly and has a live pianist which adds a lot to the atmosphere.We went there and had 3 different fondue: cheese, oil and chocolate.Definitely one of the best cheese fondue I have had ever!It is an expensive restaurant but when you want to test your taste buds to something good, this is the place!

A cold November evening couldn't have had a better end! We went looking for some fondue and couldn't be happier with what we found. Cheese, beef and chocolate, all of which tasted amazing; excellent wine for reasonable prices; staff was extremely nice even though it was late and past their closing time when me left. And the wooden cozy interior was the perfect match for the meal. They even have a real fireplace! Can't wait to dine here again!

Truly an exceptional experience! Walking through the first door I didn’t anticipate stepping into Europe after the second. We were cordially greeted by the owner himself and immediately felt like it was a family run business. The service was wonderful and the food was exquisite! The drinks were delicious and not expensive! Each course was served efficiently and everyone working is kind and clearly care about their job. On the way out we thanked the owner because we loved the meal and he gave us a card with drinks on the house.We will be back and encourage everyone to visit too.

We went there having a deal provided by Tuango that promises $40 for 3-course meal for 2 people. I’m not sure that this was what I expected from this kind of restaurant. I mean appetizers were very good, except goulash. Snails and pate were delicious! But their latkas and schnitzels had too much oil and crisps. I couldn’t finish my plate. Basically, pepper steak, mushroom beef and schnitzel looked the same. When choosing a dessert try to avoid Black Forest cake and chocolate fondue.When we finished, a lady that brought us a bill asked us to tip $40+ that personally I find to be too much.

The cheese fondue is very gorgeous and tasty. The service is more than great, warm and excellent. Everything is delicious, fondue, steaks, wine, salads... Owner and his stuff are among the best in this kind of business. I am visiting and eating at this place for more than 21 years and still the same food quality and service. Very cool ambiance, old wooden beam construction and antique look. Food is typical Swiss and European style. I would highly recommended. Congratulations Derrick

It was a romantic dinner for my girlfriend and myself. When we entered we were greeted by the man who then seated us. He was brief and pleasant. The waiter who took out food was kind, and you could tell he had been in the industry for a long time. When we were waiting g for our food the ambiance and piano music was nice. Rustic feeling to it. The lady who then brought us our food was amazing smiling calm voice knew how to place the plates and fondue on the table. Now for their reason as to why I would only give this restaurant 2 out of 5. We had a waiter who suddenly decided to come to our table and make I'll mannered remarks. I guess he was trying to make playful banter but he instead came off as a a-hole excuse my language. This gentleman actually ruined my 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Ladies and gentleman if you decide to go there on Saturdays around 7:30 and you are being served by a tall, bald, I'll - mannered chicken leg individual. Be prepared to have your night ruined

Awesome Swiss cheese fondue.The place is tiny and very rustic looking. Food is excellent.
